Left for Bemidji on Wednesday night and had Thanksgiving at Bryan's aunt Mary's house with all of his extended family. Excellent food! In the evening, we went to Just Friends, starring Ryan Reynolds and Amy Smart. Funny movie. I woke up early- at 6:30am and headed to the after Thanksgiving sales at the mall. Picked up a few good deals. I think that places like Best Buy has the best after Thanksgiving sales on their electronics and DVDs. On Friday we headed down to Minneapolis to stay at Jennie's. Had dinner with her family at Buca di Beppo's. YUM. That place is awesome! Ate way too mnuch this weekend, of course. On Saturday went to the Dave Matthews Band concert. This is our third one. Again, another fantastic dsiplay of talent from the band. On Sunday, I hopped on a flight to Chicago and Bryan drove the icy road back to Grand Forks. And that was my weekend. Hope that everyone had a good Thanksgiving. In less than 5 days, we'll be in Orlando!! Woohoo!

I've added new pictures of the house- Bryan and I drove by earlier today. It's really coming along quickly. Can't believe that it's the end of November and there is still no snow on the ground yet. We are leaving for Bemidji this evening, as soon as Bryan gets done with work. Staying there for two nights before heading to Minneapolis, where we are staying at Jennie's and going to the Dave Matthews Band concert- yay! Then I'll fly off to Chicago for work on Sunday and Bryan and Zoe will drive back to Grand Forks.

 

I love Podcasts. Especially the new Family Guy ones. Don't know how many of you are Family Guy fans, but if you are, I highly recommend the Foxcast: Family Guy. I laugh out loud when I listen to it. Technology is awesome. I really need to sit down with my CD collection and put all of my songs of my iPod sometime.

Hmm the Internet is moving at a snail's pace in this house. Getting a bit annoying. Reminds me of dial-up. *Shock*Horror*

 

Can't believe that it's only one week away from Thanksgiving! I love the holidays. Always so much fun to get together with all of Bryan's family, eat and hang out. The day after Thanksgiving, Bryan and I are going to Minneapolis and staying at Jennie's. We are all going to the Dave Matthews Band concert on Saturday. I fly out from Minneapolis to Chicago on Sunday for work and Bryan and Zoe will drive back to Grand Forks. A few days after I get back from Chicago, Bryan and I will leave for Orlando!

 

The house is coming along quickly. We now have almost all of our windows in and we also have a front door. Yay!They have started working on the inside of the house.

 

The weather has been very bitterly cold the last few days. Brrrrrr. Really high winds. We haven't gotten much snow here in Grand Forks, but they have in the surrounding areas. Winter in Grand Forks really, really sucks. Makes me want to pack my bags and move to somewhere warmer. Anywhere. Any suggestions?

Great news! Bryan and I are going to Orlando in the beginning of December for our long-awaited honeymoon. We just found out today and got our time off work approved. We are really excited! Woooohooooo!!!
